At Planters.co, we want your greenery to thrive in its new home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all planters and accessories are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original protective shipping materials to prevent breakage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned greenery or hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
