What materials are Planters.co products made from?
Our collection features a variety of high-quality materials including weather-resistant ceramics, lightweight fiberstone, sustainable terracotta, and recycled plastics designed for both indoor and outdoor longevity.
Do your planters come with drainage holes?
Most of our planters are designed with pre-drilled drainage holes to promote root health. For styles without them, we clearly indicate this in the product description and offer optional drilling services for specific models.
How do you ensure my items don't break during shipping?
We use eco-friendly, reinforced packaging and custom-fit foam inserts to secure every pot. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, we offer a 100% replacement guarantee if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unused planters in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Planters.co ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international plant lovers in the near future.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has moved to our fulfillment center for packing, we are unable to make changes, but you can initiate a return once it arrives.
